General terms

Les Maisons de Roselyne supply :
Household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels)
A housekeeper holds the home clean 2 times a week.
The swimming pool is kept by a gardner.

All reservations are definitive.
A 30% advance amount for the booked period has to be paid.
Example: 2 weeks in July at LA COUREGE
= 3800 € > advance 30% to be paid = 1267€

The balance has to be paid the first day at arrival.
Reservations and bookings have to be done by postmail at the appointed adress.

An inventory of the equipment available is delivered to the tenants with the appropriate value of each product.
500€ security advance deposit is required at arrival.
In case of breakage, the corresponding amount shall be taking off at departure inventory.

A week goes from Saturday 4.00 p.m to Saturday 10 a.m.
